Development in Western Queens

Western Queens is one of New York City's fastest growing areas.  From the Queens West development to the Long Island City central business district, new buildings are going up all over.  On March 19, 2008, I held a town hall to provide my constituents with a clearer understanding of development projects proposed for Western Queens. Deputy Mayor Robert Lieber and Borough President Helen Marshall joined me at the forum.
