My staff is available to handle constituent casework, which includes issues ranging from passport problems, immigration issues or other specific problems with Federal agencies.

If you do need assistance with a personal casework issue, we must obtain this privacy release form signed by you in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act of 1974, and an outline of your problem or a signed letter which clearly states your issue. This provides your authorization for me to look into the matter on your behalf. Please send the SIGNED release form or letter to the appropriate District Office via US Postal Service, fax or deliver it in person.
